You've got your copy already? I just ordered A Trail of Fire yesterday. Also reading Jo, finishing Turtledove's Ruled Britannia, and rereading the third book in the History of Middle Earth. Oh yea, and NaNo!
It arrived on Monday. It's been TORTURE waiting to read, but this week has been too busy for me to give it the proper attention. Will have to take a break from NaNo'ing and read.
