Celebrate the Small Things - Snuggling edition

You know what time it is?  That's right--Friday!  Time to once again Celebrate the Small Things, one of my favorite bloggy things to do.  If you're interested, head on over to VikLit's blog to sign up!

Think they'll share the bed with me?
This week, I'm celebrating the crazy Texas weather.  We've gone from the high 70's to the mid 40's (all in the space of a few hours), and this weekend is going to be super cold (for Texas, anyway) with a chance of wintery mix.  It's the perfect excuse to wear my pajamas all weekend and snuggle with my kitties while my Gentleman Friend and I catch up on the DVR.  I'm caught up on my day job for the moment, which means I can veg out all weekend without feeling guilty on that front.  I may even get some writing done!

What about you?  What's going on in your corner of the world this weekend?

  1. Sounds like a plan, fellow Texan. It's homemade beef stew and cornbread for us tonight. Brrrrr. :)

  2. Cold here too, down into the twenties tonight. Not too bad, except when the wind blows, then there is no keeping warm. I'm winding down NaNo and starting my blog post preparation for December, lots and lots going on!

  3. I am doing NaNo, so I also have an excuse to stay in PJs all weekend. :)

  5. I'd KILL for a weekend with nothing to do. I'm just a writer but haven't had a day off for a month, and I'm not even working on my 2 WIPs. Every day it's some new thing to do for the release or making sure my CPs don't kick me out of the group because I'm so far behind. Gah! I hope things settle down after the release and I can snuggle just like you! :-)
