I thought I'd use today's post to reveal my theme for April's A to Z blogging challenge!
As you can see, I'm going to be blogging about Washington, D.C. I lived in Bethesda (just outside of D.C.) for 6 years, and I loved it. I figured since my books are set here, it would be nice to blog about some of the fun and unique aspects of D.C. I hope you'll stop by and check out my posts!
Is anyone else participating in the A to Z challenge? What have you chosen for your theme?
I love Bethesda! Close enough to DC by metro, but far enough away to relax away from most of the hustle and bustle. Although when I lived in DC I had a house in Chevy Chase which wasn't so bad either. I still have friends there.
ReplyDeleteOur frequent visits to NIH in past years helped me to remember how much fun I had there.
Chevy Chase is a nice area. Do you get to see your friends often?
DeleteI actually worked across the street from the NIH at the Naval Hospital, so I know exactly where you were! :)
Great theme, Lara! I'll let you have all the work...er...fun that A to Z entails. I'll just watch. ; )
ReplyDeleteSounds like a plan, Zan Marie! :)
DeleteWashington is a GREAT theme!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Vik! Looking forward to this!
DeleteOh, cool. Love the theme. Can't wait to follow your posts.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jen! I hope it will be fun.
DeleteI'm definitely going to have to follow this one. I live in NC, but my husband has never been to DC! The shock! The horror! I've been wanting to get him to take a trip up there for a while, so I'll be on the lookout for some interesting places you mention here.
ReplyDeleteHopefully you can talk him into a trip soon! :)
DeleteCongrats on finishing the A-Z challenge. I love your theme since I haven't been to DC yet. I will certainly come back and take my time going through your posts.
ReplyDeleteMy current fave post of yours is the hope diamond. I am going to be referencing it on a retreat at the end of the month. So reading this is perfect timing.
I'm so glad you're enjoying my posts! Enjoy your retreat! :)
