Celebrate the Small Things - Fingers crossed edition
Happy Friday! I hope you've all had a nice week. We're keeping busy here, making slow but steady progress in packing (us) and writing (me). I'm pleased to report we have an offer on our house! We responded with a counter-offer, so cross your fingers the potential buyers respond favorably! I know I'll be on pins and needles until we hear back...
Any big weekend plans? We have a birthday party to attend on Saturday--the little girl in question is very interested in science, and I'm excited to give her a couple of books and a dress with test tubes on it (it's cuter than it sounds, trust me!). On Sunday, Mister and I are going to the symphony, which should be fun.
What's going on with you? Let me know!
P.S. I'm also hosting some giveaways that run through the weekend!
If you've been reading my blog, you know that Fridays are reserved for a post where I celebrate the little things that have happened during the week. This is a blog hop created by Vikki and now hosted by Lexa Cain, and it's one of my favorite blogging things to do. I encourage you to check out her blog and the full list of participants, because who doesn't love reading about good things?

ReplyDeleteI LOVE this concept, Lara. So glad to hear about the offer, and that your writing is progressing. I'm celebrating some good news, too, as you know. I'll be keeping positive thoughts in mind for you and Mister!

ReplyDeleteFingers (and toes) firmly crossed. Buying and selling property is one of the most stressful things you'll ever do, so try to breathe.
ReplyDeletePacking is the worst!! Good luck with that, and good luck selling your house.
ReplyDeleteHave fun at the party!!!
